It’s all about voice and presence

Opera training

I’ve wanted to perform for as long as I can remember. Theatre, musicals, choirs, opera - I’ve done it all. That training gave me more than a love of the stage: it taught me how to use my breath, shape my voice, and hold an audience’s attention.

Now, I bring those performance skills into my accent and communication coaching. You don’t just practise sounds; you learn to use your voice with greater clarity, confidence, and presence, whether you’re speaking in a meeting, giving a presentation, or stepping onto a stage.

My own accent journey

Training as a classical opera singer sparked my fascination with accents. To perform convincingly, I had to work on the sounds and speech patterns of the different languages I sang in. At university, I also explored other languages through my academic studies.

That experience shaped the way I coach today. I know what it’s like to work through unfamiliar sounds, and I understand how your first-language patterns can influence your English. So we don’t just practise in the hope that something clicks: we identify what’s getting in the way and work on practical ways to change it.

Further education

Helping someone strengthen their speaking, presentation, and accent skills is a responsibility I take seriously. That’s why, over the years, I’ve continued to deepen my expertise by pursuing further coaching education, professional accreditations, and new skills so I can bring my clients the most valuable and effective tools, knowledge, and support.

Clients around the world

My clients come from more than 80 countries. Some work remotely with international teams, some are preparing to move to an English-speaking country, and others want to communicate more confidently and effectively.

Their stories, reasons, and goals are different, but many come with the same feeling: “Something isn’t clicking. I need help figuring out what’s getting in the way and how to work through it.” That’s where we begin.

Sounds like you?
